Preferred Installer — works under a Lead Hand
You install the jobs assigned to you by your Lead Hand. Trained by your Lead Hand on the Trenworks cutting technique. Materials supplied by your Lead Hand for each job. Grow into a Lead Hand slot when one opens — whether locally or in a new city Trenworks opens up next. Realistic earnings: $500–$1,500 per day based on install volume + add-ons.

Not required. Applicants with proven bathroom / plumbing / renovation trade experience can be hired directly with standard Trenworks onboarding — no fast-track fee.

- Scale. Recruit Preferred Installers under you (as Lead Hand) or wait for a Lead Hand slot to open (as Preferred Installer).
CROSS-CANADA 🇨🇦 TOUR — Meet in Person: Robby is one person and personally onboards every new Lead Hand. On-site meets happen during the Sudbury→Vancouver tour — including Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary, Kelowna, and the Vancouver/Lower Mainland pool — running through end of September 2026. After the tour, screening moves to remote-only with longer wait times. Get in during the window to meet Robby face-to-face.
